What We Do
- The firm is required to have adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance in place to cover the work we undertake.
- The firm are required to preserve the security of our client’s money which have been entrusted with us and keep monies separate from our own business accounts. The RICS make periodic inspections of our practice to ensure that we are meeting regulations.
- The RICS requires us to have an internal complaints procedure in place to deal with complaints received from our clients. This ensures the effective handling of complaints from our clients.
- The RICS Rules of Conduct stipulate that we must have processes in place to ensure that the staff within the practice have adequate training; therefore all of our staff are sufficiently trained to deal with our clients.
- Our individual members of the RICS Lyndon Brett and Robert Snook have to carry out continuous professional development throughout their membership; this ensures that we can maintain a current and relevant outlook on all of our work.
